Additional Resources
Available resources vary by class. Possible options include:
- Pearson eText: Electronic version of the textbook. The digital textbook can include videos and interactive content. Once you open the textbook, use the Table of Contents to navigate.
- Multimedia Library: Interactive tools like videos, crosswords, flash cards, presentations, chapter data files, and more.
- Chapter Resources: Lists Multimedia Library by chapter.
- Dynamic Study Module: Optional study modules in addition to required study plans.
- Tools for Success: Guides, graphing calculator lessons, and engaging review tools.
Learning Aids
There are several types of Learning Aids that may be available to you during your homework assignments. Their purpose is to help you complete homework questions. Learning aids vary on the question type. The possible options include:
- Help Me Solve This: Feedback and hints during each step in the exercise.
- View an Example: Additional, more detailed examples of the problem.
- Animation: Often available for graphing questions.
- Video: A mini-lecture solution for a similar exercise.
- Textbook: Links directly to the e-text where the type of exercise is discussed.
- Ask My Instructor: sends an email with a link to the exact question you are working on; expect to hear back within 48 hours.
