Download Software (Optional)

To download the standalone executable application:

Verify that you meet the Computer Requirements for Worldwide Courses. Because the simulations are a .exe files, you may need administrative rights on your device.
Download the appropriate version of the softwares for your device.

Browser-based Gameplay

Remember, you can always access the simulations via your browser, no download required!

Download the MaintenanceSim_Windows.zip file. The download will begin automatically and may take a few minutes depending on your internet connection.

Locate and open the downloaded MaintenanceSim_Windows.zip file to open the zip folder.

Select Extract all in the File Explorer.

Select the location you want the folder extracted to by selecting Browse... then select Extract.

Note: Extracting the files may take a few minutes.

From the extracted folder, open the MaintenanceSim_Windows folder.

Locate and open the MaintenanceSim.exe file to launch the program.

Depending on your computer's firewall settings, you may get an alert saying the program is not recognized. Select More info then Run anyway.

Note: This step is only required the first time you launch the simulation.

You're now ready to explore the Maintenance Simulation!

Download the MaintenanceSim_OS.zip file. The download will begin automatically and may take a few minutes depending on your internet connection.

Locate the MaintenanceSim_OS.zip file - once fully downloaded, the app file will automatically extract from the zip file.

Open the MaintenanceSim_OS.app file to launch the program. You will see the app logo 'bouncing' in the dock, indicating that the app is opening.

Depending on your device settings, you may be prompted to approve the app. If necessary, select Open from any security alert.

Note: If the security alert doesn't give you an option to open the app, try opening the app by right clicking the icon and selecting Open.

You're now ready to explore Maintenance Simulation!
