Create Circuits

The purpose of this page is to help you create a circuit with Tinkercad for the first time.

Step 1

Log In

Home page with Create your first Circuits design highlighted for selection.

After you have logged in, you will see the dashboard. Select Create your first Circuits design.

Step 2

Tools

The toolbar to create circuits can be found on the top left side of the screen. The tools are:

  1. Copy
  2. Paste
  3. Delete
  4. Undo
  5. Redo
  6. Notes
  7. Toggle notes visibility
  8. Wire color
  9. Wire type
  10. Rotate
  11. Mirror Component

Step 3

Tools

Additional options can be found on the right side of the toolbar. The options are:

  1. Code: Opens a coding window that allows you to code the simulation.
  2. Start Simulation: Allows you to run the simulation you coded.
  3. Send To: Allows you to download and or share your simulation.

Step 4

Components

A selection of different components available to use in your circuit.

You can also find a list of components that can be included in your design. Select on a component to place it in the creation area.
