Graphing Tools: GeoGebra Classic

GeoGebra Classic is a free integrated bundle of math applications for graphing, geometry, 3D, algebra, CAS, data (spreadsheet), and probability. You can access GeoGebra Classic online or download it to your computer or tablet.

Graphing Tools: Graphmatica

Graphmatica is a powerful shareware product that allows users to plot equations with numerical and calculus features.

Some of its features are listed below:

  • Windows and Mac versions exist. However, a single-user license does have an associated fee. Students are encouraged to use the free trial version.
  • Users can graph Cartesian functions, relations, and inequalities, plus polar, parametric, trigonometric, and ordinary differential equations.
  • Multiple graphs can be on the screen at once and the graphs can be annotated.
  • Users can copy to clipboard (BMP/WMF), and export to a file (JPEG/PNG); there are online help and demo files on the Graphmatica website.
