JBL offers an accompanying hands-on virtual cloud lab environment for each eBook, which allows students to reproduce the complex challenges of the real world, without putting the student or institution at risk. Students should read the guide thoroughly and refer to it whenever necessary throughout the course.

The JBL textbook and lab required is a custom ERAU package. Access to the JBL ISSA Series eBooks and Lab Environments must be purchased either through the Worldwide bookstore or your Canvas course. Purchasing the product through third-party vendors will not give correct access.
