Launch Remote Desktop

Step 1

Download & Launch Installer

Download the Remote Desktop Web Client and open the downloaded installer.

Step 2

Begin Setup

When the Remote Desktop Setup Wizard appears, select Next.

Step 3

Accept Agreement

Accept the license agreement.

Step 4

Choose Install

In the Installation Scope, select Install just for you. Select Install.

Step 5

Finish Install

Select Finish.

Step 6

Launch Remote Desktop

Launch the Remote Desktop app and select Subscribe.

Step 7

Sign into Windows

Log into your Windows account using your ERAU email and password.

Step 8

Launch Virtual Desktop

Select CATIA under Remote Apps.
Note: The applications you see under Remote Apps depend on which courses you are currently taking. Once you have completed your course, you will lose access to the Remote Apps applications.

Step 9

Log into Virtual Desktop

Log in using your ERAU email and password. You may be prompted for Duo Authentication. Note: Once the Virtual Desktop starts it is recommended to log into your SharePoint as well so you can save files.

Step 1

Download Remote Desktop

Install Microsoft Remote Desktop from the App Store.

Step 2

Add Workspace

Select Add Workspace.

Step 3

Enter Workspace URL

Enter the following url when prompted https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com/api/arm/feeddiscovery. Select Add.

Step 4

Windows Login

You may be prompted to log into your Microsoft account. Use your ERAU email and password to login.

Step 5

Terms & Agreements

Select CATIA under Remote Apps.

Installation Location
