Overview
Microsoft Project is a project management software that is designed to assist project managers in developing schedules, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, managing the budget, and analyzing workloads.
Several courses at ERAU-Worldwide utilize Microsoft Project for course work. The software is included with the university's Microsoft licensing, but needs to be downloaded separate from other Office 365 products. The purpose of this guide is to help users download the tool, understand how to use the software, and save work.
Note: Some courses also utilize the free Barbecana Full Monte SRA plug-in for Microsoft Project. Consult the course requirements to determine if this is necessary for you!
