Submit Media

This section of the guide explains the basics of submitting media using the Studio feature within Canvas. For more information on advanced features, please visit the Canvas Studio Guide.

Step 1

Navigate to the discussion you want to add your Studio media to and select Reply.

Step 2

Select the Studio icon in the item bar at the top of the rich content editor.
Note: If you are unable to see all options in the bar, you will see a icon. Select it for more options.

Step 3

The Studio Library for video selection

Select the video you want to add to your discussion post.

Step 5

Select Embed.

Add any additional text you would like to your discussion post, then select Reply.

Step 1

Navigate to the assignment you want to submit in Canvas.

Step 2

Select Studio under Choose a submission type.

Step 3

Select the video you want to upload to the assignment.

Agree to the terms of the software license. Select Agree, then select Continue.

Step 5

Select Submit Assignment.
