Getting Started

Because you are enrolled in Canvas as the instructor, you should NOT be prompted to redeem or purchase access for New WileyPLUS. Only students must redeem or purchase access.

If the system does prompt you to redeem or purchase access, reach out for technical support from WileyPLUS and/or the Learning Support & Development team.

Once you've gained access to WileyPLUS, you should not be prompted to log in again. WileyPLUS is designed to recognize your @erau.edu every time you access a WileyPLUS link through Canvas.

Use the options in the menu to complete part I and II of the New WileyPLUS account setup.

Accessing New WileyPLUS

Step 1

Access WileyPLUS

Select a WileyPLUS assignment from canvas modules outlined and arrowed to

Select any WileyPLUS assignment from your course modules. The first time you access a WileyPLUS link in Canvas, you'll be prompted to log in/register with their site.

Note: You must always access through the Canvas course. Never go to the WileyPLUS website to log in. This may look different in your course.

Step 2

Terms of Use

If prompted select the I agree to the Terms of Use box, then select continue

If prompted, select I agree to the Terms of Use and then select Continue.

Accessing WileyPLUS eTextbook

Students and faculty can easily access the eTextbook in Canvas, which is hosted virtually by VitalSource.

Note: Students must redeem or purchase an access code before they will be able to access the Wiley Course Resources and the eTextbook.

Step 1

Wiley Course Resources

Select the Wiley Course Resources located in canvas navigation outlined and arrowed to

Select Wiley Course Resources from the course navigation.

Step 2

eTextbook

WileyPLUS eTextbook example

You'll see all chapters available for the eTextbook - within each chapter, there are a variety of resources like flashcards, video tutorials, activities, reference documents, etc. These are in addition to the eTextbook sections.

Note: Course-Specific content will vary from example above.
