Barbecana Full Monte SRA

Barbecana's Full Monte Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) software is a Monte Carlo solution that runs against data in your existing scheduling tool so there is no need to export the data before the analysis can be performed. Full Monte SRA calculates the range of probable dates for every single activity/milestone in the project in a single analysis. It will also identify all potential critical paths through the project. Sensitivity Analysis helps identify key areas to reduce uncertainty in deliverable outcomes.

Note: The full functionality of the tool is only available for a 14-day trial. After the trial period ends, your access will automatically revert to limited, academic access. The limited access will suffice for coursework.
Check your course requirements to determine if you need to have Barbecana Full Monte SRA installed. If so, follow the below steps to download and install the add-in for Microsoft Project.

Step 1

Locate Download

Navigate to the Barbecana Full Monte SRA Free Trial Download page.

Step 2

Select Download

Select Full Monte SRA 3.7 for Microsoft Project. The download will automatically begin.

Step 3

Open Download

Open the downloaded .exe file and follow the pop-up dialog prompts to install the program.

Note: Full Monte SRA is a .exe file that requires administrative access to install. If you do not have admin access on your device or cannot access a device with admin access, contact your instructor.

Step 4

Install Complete

Once the installation is complete, open Microsoft Project. Full Monte SRA will appear in the Add-ins tab.

You're now ready to utilize Barbecana's Full Monte SRA add-in!
