Due Dates

Note: Do not begin setting up due dates until you have received email confirmation from eLS that your McGraw-Hill setup has been initiated.

Step 1

Access McGraw-Hill Connect

In your Canvas course, click McGraw-Hill Connect in the course navigation.

Step 2

Navigate to Section

Click the Go to My Connect section.

Assignment Dates

Follow the steps below:

  1. Select the Assignments tab.
  2. Select all assignments from the section home by selecting the first check box.
  3. Select the three dot ( ) icon next to Add assignments.
  4. Select Manage Dates from the menu.
    Note: You can also select assignments individually.

By default, the bulk tab will be selected. Select the Individually tab.

Step 5

Set-Up Due Dates

ESCI 201 and ESCI 202 Instructors: Use the following guidelines to set up dates for specific assignments, per the course design.

  • McGraw-Hill LearnSmart Assignments: Due on the 4th day of the module week.
  • McGraw-Hill HW Assignments: Due on the 6th day of the module week.
  • McGraw-Hill Quizzes: Due on the 7th day of the module week.

Individual assignment, quiz, and HW due dates

Instructors for any other course: Use the guidelines below to set up due dates for the assignments.

  1. Enter the start date based on the weekly module dates of your term.
  2. Enter the end date based on the weekly module dates of your term.

Step 6

Save

Press Save after changing all dates.
