Getting Started

Follow the corresponding steps to set up your ePortfolios profile and update your privacy settings.

Step 1

Open Account Settings

Select Account from the Canvas global navigation.

Step 2

Open ePortfolios Preview

Select ePortfolios (New).

Step 3

Access ePortfolios Profile

The ePortfolios connection to Canvas will load in Canvas. Select your name to set up your profile.

Step 4

Create Your Account

The first time you enter ePortfolios (New) through Canvas, you'll be prompted to sign up for the website. It is recommended to use your ERAU username and password, though you can create your account using non-ERAU credentials. You can always change your default email address and password for ePortfolios under Settings.

Select Continue to create the account.

Step 5

Update Privacy Settings

It is strongly recommended that you set up your profile at this time. When doing so, ensure the privacy setting is configured so that your instructor can access your ePortfolios page.

From your ePortfolios page, select Me > Settings > Privacy > uncheck 'Only allow people I'm connected with to view my profile' and select 'UPDATE PRIVACY SETTINGS' to save your changes.
